What Niveshaa is

Niveshaa is an educational app that teaches the basics of the Indian stock market through lessons, quizzes, a paper (simulated, not real-money) trading tool, and an AI Coach chat feature.

Not investment advice

Niveshaa is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing in the app — including lesson content, the AI Coach, or the paper-trading simulator — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We never predict prices or guarantee returns. Any real trading or investment decision you make is entirely your own responsibility; please consult a qualified, SEBI-registered adviser before investing real money.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts to bypass membership pricing is not allowed.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Membership & payments

• Paid membership unlocks premium lessons, the paper-trading simulator, and the trading journal for a fixed period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the plan you choose).
• Membership is a Google Play subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown in the app, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
• E-books and virtual paper-trading cash refills are one-time in-app purchases. Virtual cash has no real-money value and cannot be withdrawn.
• All payments are processed securely by Google Play. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to create multiple accounts to bypass pricing, reverse-engineer the app, or use the AI Coach for anything unrelated to learning about markets and investing.

Limitation of liability

Niveshaa is provided for educational purposes "as is". We are not liable for any financial loss arising from decisions made using information from this app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
