Refund & Cancellation Policy

How membership works

Niveshaa membership is a Google Play subscription (monthly, 3-month, 6-month or yearly) that renews automatically until you cancel. To cancel, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Niveshaa → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refund eligibility

• If a payment was deducted from your account but your membership was not activated in the app due to a technical error on our end, you're entitled to a full refund.
• If you were charged more than once for the same plan by mistake, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
• Outside of the above, since you get instant access to the full paid content the moment your payment succeeds, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind once a membership period has started.

How to request a refund

Email jlmech7523@gmail.com with your registered email address and the Google Play order ID (starts with "GPA.", shown in your Google Play receipt email). You can also request a refund directly from Google Play — see Google Play refund help. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method by Google Play and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
