Delete from the app (instant)
- Open the Niveshaa app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Delete by email
If you can't open the app, email jlmech7523@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my Niveshaa account". We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email and password)
- Your membership status and purchased-book access
- Your quiz leaderboard name and score
- Lesson progress, paper trades and journal entries stored on your device (deleted when you delete from the app)
What is kept
Payment records held by our payment providers (Google Play) are kept by them as required by law for tax and accounting purposes. We do not keep any other copy of your data after deletion.
